Rentals
To start the rental process for the Scott Township Park Shelterhouse or the Scott Township Ball Park Clubhouse, please start your request on the calendar below or call the Trustee's office at 812-297-0749. Once you complete your rental request, a representative from our office will send your rental agreement to sign electronically, in addition to an invoice for your rental fee.
We will need a copy of your Driver's License or State Issued ID, which you can upload to your rental agreement electronically. You may also visit the office to sign a paper copy of the Rental Agreement, provide your Driver's License or State-Issued ID, and pay your invoice via check. Once all documents and payments are complete, your reservation will be secure.
Each Lessee will need to pick up a key card from the Scott Township Trustee's Office, located at 1135 Hoing Rd., Evansville, IN 47725, prior to their rental date. Key cards will not be released without payment of the deposit and identity verification.

Shelterhouse Rentals
The Bob Harris Shelterhouse, located at Scott Township Park, has heating and air conditioning. This facility has tables and chairs available to you for up to 40 guests (maximum occupancy). Restrooms are located just down the drive from the facility which are open to the public during operating hours.
Rental Fee's
Daily Fee - $75 plus a Refundable Deposit $25.
A refundable deposit is required and will be returned once the rental is completed, provided all applicable criteria and rental requirements are met.
